I’m looking to lead and architect mission-critical distributed fintech platforms, own technical roadmaps end-to-end, and scale high-performing teams—delivering measurable business outcomes with strong engineering rigor, observability, and AI-native automation.

I’m an engineering executive and hands-on architect with 10+ years building and scaling mission-critical platforms across lending, payments, and banking. I’ve grown from solo engineer to leading 25+ engineers through digital transformation, with a focus on shipping systems that reliably handle millions of transactions daily.

I’ve delivered measurable outcomes by translating technical vision into business impact. At Axis Bank, I built and scaled the Gold Loan Platform end-to-end, digitising the lifecycle, cutting turnaround times by 90%+, and driving 450%+ YoY growth using fully asynchronous workflows with Kafka across onboarding, underwriting, and verification.

I also re-architected the Credit Card acquisition platform to remove synchronous bottlenecks, sustaining 5% MoM customer growth and introducing an experimentation platform (feature flags + A/B framework) to optimize conversion funnels. In parallel, I architected a cloud-native data lakehouse integrating on-prem core banking systems with Amazon MSK (Kafka), ClickHouse, Redshift, and QuickSight for near real-time analytics and governance.

My approach is both engineering-grounded and AI-native. I launched neo-banking for corporates (SMEs/MSMEs), automated document verification with AWS Textract + Bedrock (Claude Sonnet) to reduce manual intervention by 70%, and embedded AI decisioning into onboarding and underwriting to improve approval conversion and risk controls—while scaling teams and accelerating delivery through practices like GitHub Copilot and CodeRabbit.
