At Visa, I lead engineering strategy for AI-powered fraud detection platforms processing roughly 1 billion daily transactions and 4 billion at peak, supporting approximately US$750M in annual revenue. I built and scaled a globally distributed engineering organization of 15+ people while driving Visa Advanced Authorization, Hyperscale Platform Operations, Transaction Simulation Service, and Chaos Engineering.
I led the VAA migration to AIP Hyperscale, reducing annual infrastructure costs from US$30M to US$7M. I also scaled Transaction Simulation Service to 60K+ TPS and established automated resilience experiments that improved platform reliability and reduced incidents.
Previously, at PayPal I delivered a distributed rate-limiting platform handling 10B+ requests per day and supported cloud-native modernization for platforms serving 3,000+ microservices. Across Firefly Health, Whatfix, JPMorgan Chase, EY, Envestnet Yodlee, Brillio, and Tata Consultancy Services, I’ve built scalable enterprise, analytics, healthcare, financial crime, and banking platforms.
