I’m looking for a B2B SaaS Customer Success role where I can own renewals and expansion, use data-led health scoring and QBR/EBR, and partner cross-functionally to lift adoption and time-to-value for UK/European customers.

I’m a B2B customer success professional with 5+ years of post-sale account ownership across SaaS, services, and enterprise environments. I currently manage a £1.6M ARR book of business at an Ireland-based AI SaaS platform, focusing on measurable retention and growth outcomes.
