I am a Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Email Specialist with over six years building personalized, responsive, and compliant email campaigns for finance, utilities, eCommerce, and information services clients. I specialize in AMPScript-driven personalization, Content Builder, Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and SQL-based segmentation.
