What I'm looking for

I’m interested in a customer support role involving chat, email, and service coordination.

In delivery and logistics support, I communicated with customers about delivery requests, answered questions, and helped address service needs. I used clear, respectful communication to support a positive customer experience.

As a teacher in Nigeria and through teaching placements in the Netherlands, I listened to questions and adapted explanations to different needs. I’m studying English Teacher Education at Hogeschool Utrecht and am interested in customer support work involving chat, email, and service coordination.
