What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an e-commerce team where I can own customer support across chat, email, and phone, use CRM to drive fast solutions, and partner cross-functionally to improve products, reduce fraud, and elevate customer experience.

I’m a senior customer service and fulfillment specialist built for fast-paced e-commerce and online retail. I support customers across email, phone, and live chat, using active listening and problem-solving to deliver high-quality outcomes under pressure.

In my current role, I manage 20–40 daily customer inquiries (up to 80 during peak periods) while meeting same-business-day response standards. I use CRM systems to create, modify, and cancel orders, update customer profiles, and personalize user preferences—so service is accurate, consistent, and scalable.

I’m also the person customers rely on when shipping and product issues get complicated. I resolve shipping and delivery problems by coordinating with logistics partners, troubleshoot product usage and guided account setup/subscription enrollment, process returns, and track recurring issues through reporting to highlight trends.

Beyond day-to-day support, I actively improve the business through feedback and risk prevention. I collect and analyze customer feedback to inform Product Development and IT, contribute design work such as drafting product icons for new pages, and have recognized fraud patterns (including similar addresses and payment methods) to help flag and block suspicious activity.
