I am Currently working as an Product Manager in Icici prudential on digital assets of the firm in order to improve the overall customer experience and usability of the platform to aid customers make better and faster decision during the product life cycle.
Working closely with internal stakeholders to strategize, create and & implement new product development strategies to help improve reach of product offerings and a smooth seamless customer onboarding journey
Understanding and evaluating consumer preference through trend analysis/Competition analysis to come up with new ideas to improve product and process development to provide personalized offerings to customer
Involved in primary and secondary research on the needs of users to build new products offerings and propositions
While I worked in Infosys consulting I gained experience in developing and researching strategies and implementing them for improving overall productivity performance for both the client and organization. Along with skills to manage different stakeholders and bring coherence between teams for on time project execution which will help me in fulfilling the responsibilities for the role offered by the firm
