I’m a multi-country agribusiness General Manager with 32 years across India, Kenya, Rwanda & Malawi. I’ve led the #1-ranked factory among 15 in Rwanda, won the North American Tea Competition, and delivered ISO/HACCP/Rainforest Alliance compliance across 4 countries—while driving 18% output growth and 34% cost reduction.

I translate strategy into results through disciplined operations, process management, and strong leadership. From managing a 32 million Kg/yr portfolio and greenfield tea operations in Kenya, to transforming manufacturing from CTC to Orthodox and launching specialty products like Purple Tea, I’ve improved productivity by 25%, expanded farmer networks, strengthened customer acceptance, and built partnerships that help sustain growth.
