I’m a senior operations and supply chain leader with over 15 years of experience managing national logistics, warehousing, transport, inventory, forecasting, distribution, compliance and performance improvement functions in Malawi. I’m known for strengthening internal controls, optimizing service delivery, and supporting complex institutional and donor-linked supply chains.

In my most recent role as Country Supply Chain Manager with Africa Global Logistics (AGL), I led national supply chain operations—warehousing, pharmaceutical distribution, transport coordination, stock flow management, and customer service support. I supported the Ministry of Health and donor-linked activities through distribution planning, route coordination, inventory balancing, and emergency redistribution, while strengthening SOPs, reporting systems, operational controls, and service performance monitoring.

Previously, as Depot Operations Manager at Vivo Energy Malawi, I managed petroleum depot operations including product storage, stock control, dispatch, distribution coordination, safety compliance, contractor oversight, and operational reporting. Earlier, I drove sales and operations planning and demand/supply forecasting at Lafarge Cement Malawi and managed inventory analysis and replenishment planning at Carlsberg Malawi, building planning discipline and data-based decision-making throughout the supply chain.
