I bring a hybrid Product Management and Product Operations background, combining product strategy, portfolio planning, backlog management, UX, UAT and end-to-end delivery across complex global platforms.

At University of the People, I support the product operating model for a global student platform serving 150,000+ students. I translate annual portfolio initiatives into sequenced epics, prioritised backlogs and executable delivery plans, while connecting customer feedback, surveys, complaints and Tableau/Power BI analytics to product decisions. I work across UX, Directors, VPs and five Scrum teams to align stakeholders, challenge requirements, manage dependencies, negotiate scope and turn complex business needs into clear, testable outcomes.

A key part of my role sits at the intersection of Product and Quality. Rather than treating UAT as a final testing phase, I use it as a product feedback and delivery mechanism, bringing user journeys, acceptance criteria, business rules, UX considerations and operational readiness into the product lifecycle. This allows me to identify gaps earlier, improve requirement quality and help teams deliver changes that are both technically feasible and operationally usable.

At OPEX Analytics, I owned the product backlog for an AI-powered supply chain platform spanning forecasting, optimisation, inventory management and resource planning. I partnered with Product Managers, Architects, Engineering Managers and Data Scientists to translate customer and business needs into prioritised, feasible and testable releases.

Earlier in my career, I contributed to Samsung's consumer digital and connected-device ecosystem, international banking payments and enterprise retail and supply chain engagements. This has given me a broad understanding of technology delivery across products, platforms and customer experiences.

My strength is connecting the dots across Product, Engineering, UX, Quality and business stakeholders. I bring the strategic thinking of a Product Manager, the execution discipline of Product Operations and the quality mindset of a UAT and Quality Engineering professional.
