I’m looking to lead product discovery and backlog delivery in enterprise B2B SaaS—partnering with UX and engineering to own integrations end-to-end, from discovery through UAT-ready releases.

I’m a Product Owner with 9 years in enterprise B2B SaaS, spanning mobile messaging, CRM, event ticketing, and e-commerce. Right now, I own the backlog across 3 Agile squads for a messaging platform serving ~40 enterprise customers in the UK and US, shaping product strategy, feature scope, and API/integration requirements from discovery through release.

I progressed from QA to business analysis to product ownership, so I’m grounded in how enterprise software is specified, built, tested, and shipped. I drive discovery and delivery across workflows like Survey Builder, File Submit+, Embeddable Moments, Audience Management, SSO, and a Snowflake data migration—turning stakeholder requests into scoped, testable user stories, refining journeys with UX, and validating every release end to end in UAT with production-realistic data. I’ve also maintained backlog health and stakeholder continuity through a platform divestiture from Upland to Mobile Commons.
