At Torry Harris Integration Solutions, I deliver L2 production and application support for BT Group's EE Platform, a high-availability Azure-hosted consumer e-commerce platform. I've resolved 100+ P2/P3 incidents within SLA through structured ServiceNow ITSM handling.
I investigate P1–P3 incidents, lead root cause analysis, and coordinate with development, infrastructure, and cloud operations teams during major incident bridge calls. I also authored 20+ operational runbooks adopted team-wide to reduce repeat incidents and improve resolution efficiency.
I monitor distributed microservices with Dynatrace, Azure Application Insights, and Kibana, and troubleshoot DNS, SSL/TLS, API, integration, Azure Front Door, and WAF issues. I support deployment validation, smoke testing, and rollback coordination using Jenkins and Azure Pipelines.
I administer enterprise authentication and SSO through Microsoft Entra ID and Azure AD B2C, including OAuth2, SAML, certificates, and client secrets in Azure Key Vault. I've maintained zero certificate-related outages and resolved a critical passkey authentication issue during peak traffic.
