What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build and operate reliable production platforms where I can apply Kubernetes, observability, automation, incident management, and release operations to improve service reliability.

At Torry Harris Integration Solutions, I support enterprise Java, web, and mobile applications through the full L2/L3 incident lifecycle, maintaining 98%+ SLA compliance across 100+ tickets per quarter.

I deploy WAR, JAR, and EAR artifacts on Oracle WebLogic using WLST automation, coordinating release readiness, CAB approvals, rollback plans, and post-release validation for zero-downtime releases.

I operate Kubernetes workloads and build repeatable container deployments with Helm and Docker Compose across development, staging, and production environments.

I've built observability platforms across 100+ Linux and Windows servers, Kubernetes workloads, and network devices using Prometheus, Grafana, Zabbix, Alertmanager, Bash, and Python automation to improve MTTD, reduce alert noise, and speed up resolution.
