I’m an operations professional and Ecommerce Specialist with hands-on experience in HR, administration, logistics, and e-commerce across healthcare and consumer brands. In my current role at DrRing, I manage end-to-end eCommerce operations—product listings, order management, and store performance on Amazon, Flipkart, and Shopify.

I build automation tools using Python to streamline workflows and reduce manual work, and I support marketplace strategy through day-to-day operations and logistics coordination. I also design product creatives to improve product visibility and sales, helping teams stay aligned and execution stay smooth.

Earlier, at Aakash Healthcare Super Speciality Hospital, I directed logistics operations for equipment handling, dispatch coordination, and vendor communication. I also assisted HR and admin operations by coordinating personnel, tracking documents, streamlining internal communication, and improving inventory and reporting workflows.

Before that, as a Logistics Manager at Nectar Care, I coordinated staff scheduling, equipment allocation/maintenance tracking, and dispatch planning to support on-time delivery with proper documentation. I use functional AI software and Power BI to plan my time more effectively, automate repetitive work, and produce concise reports and dashboards.
