I’m a results-driven E-commerce & Marketplace Operations professional leading end-to-end D2C (Shopify) and marketplace operations for a fast-growing beauty brand. I focus on operational accuracy, timely dispatch, and smooth day-to-day execution across channels.

In my current role as Logistics Head, I manage processing and fulfilment of up to 500 customer orders daily across Shopify and marketplaces including Amazon, Nykaa, Myntra, and Tata CLiQ. I track inventory across multiple sales channels, perform regular stock reconciliation, and coordinate with manufacturers and packaging vendors to keep production and inventory readiness on time.

I also strengthen delivery performance by negotiating and managing courier relationships with Shiprocket, Shipway, Delhivery, and Xpressbees. I resolve courier escalations, shipment exceptions, returns, exchanges, and RTO cases—while collaborating directly with founders on operational planning and continuous process improvements.

I built operational trackers and reports using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, and I’ve trained and onboarded new team members to support consistent daily workflows. I was promoted from Logistics Executive to Logistics Head based on performance and operational ownership.
