What I'm looking for

I'm seeking an enterprise technology leadership role where I can modernize IT operations, automate service delivery, strengthen security and compliance, build high-performing teams, and deliver measurable cost savings.

I led enterprise IT operations across the U.S. and Canada at FanDuel, directing Service Desk, Desktop Support, and AV Engineering teams while standardizing technology and security policies.

I delivered $665K in annual savings through vendor management, infrastructure optimization, telecom, licensing, AV, printer fleet, and hardware modernization initiatives. I also automated service delivery with Moveworks, Jira, Slack, HRIS integrations, zero-touch Mac and Windows deployment, and Claude-written task automation scripts.
