I'm looking for opportunities in IT support, administration, or digital technology where I can apply technical troubleshooting, customer service, and operational support skills while continuing to learn and grow professionally.

I've supported retail operations at Xcite by Alghanim Electronics in Kuwait, providing customer support, basic technical troubleshooting, and technical maintenance for computer hardware and mobile devices.

Previously, I worked as a Software Technician at Amana Takaful PLC, supporting applications and resolving software issues. I also handled data entry, cashiering, cash management, and Microsoft Office work at Shifan Emporium.

I'm building my career across IT support, administration, and digital technology, backed by diplomas in Information Technology and Human Resource Management. I value continuous learning and practical problem-solving.
