At LAD Lake, I co-led a migration to a web-based case management platform and trained staff on its functionality and best practices. I’m one of two system administrators and troubleshoot reporting, data entry, and system questions for executives and leadership.

I maintain Excel reporting tied to youth treatment records and state compliance, and I’m learning to apply Power BI to data visualization and reporting. I also compile, edit, and distribute the company’s weekly internal newsletter.
