What I'm looking for

I'm seeking opportunities in business analysis, project coordination, operations, banking, or recruiting where I can use analytical, organizational, customer service, and process-improvement skills to support organizational success.

I've supported fast-paced operations and customer experiences at Fogo de Chão, Life Time Fitness, OTGEXP, and Common Grounds Community.

At Fogo de Chão, I coordinated seating, reservations, and waitlists for a high-volume restaurant serving hundreds of guests weekly, while resolving concerns and supporting efficient table turnover. Across hospitality and facility operations roles, I've collaborated with cross-functional teams to maintain smooth daily operations, safety, professionalism, and strong client relationships.

At Common Grounds Community, I provided online portal support for patients and staff, investigated user-reported issues, documented resolutions, and created digital templates to improve communication and engagement.

I'm also building my analytical toolkit through a Retail Sales Analysis Dashboard in Power BI and Excel, using data cleaning, pivot tables, charts, and visual reporting to identify trends and present recommendations.
