I am a motivated IT technician transitioning into the IT field through the Google IT Support Professional Certificate, expected Fall 2025. I bring hands-on troubleshooting experience across Windows, Linux, and macOS, networking fundamentals, and over five years of customer-facing roles.
In previous roles I located underground utilities, maintained automotive systems, managed inventory, and staffed retail POS, consistently using mobile and digital systems to document work and support customers. I am seeking an entry-level remote IT support role where I can apply technical knowledge, grow my expertise, and contribute to a dynamic support team.
