I'm a customer-facing professional with 10+ years of experience across recruiting, sales, and HR — most recently managing high-volume client and candidate relationships for aerospace and defense accounts (including Raytheon and Collins Aerospace), reaching 400+ people daily by phone and keeping every relationship moving without drop-off. Earlier in my career I built and led an 8-person sales team that became the top performer on our account, outperforming warm-lead sales by 220%, and I ran IT support for an 8-hour, 200-ticket daily volume at a 100% resolution rate.

What people consistently tell me is that I'm good at staying calm with upset or frustrated people and helping others learn to do the same — I've informally coached teammates on tone and de-escalation throughout my career, and I'm looking for roles where that's valued, whether as an individual contributor or eventually in a coaching/team lead capacity.

I also have hands-on experience building and managing Shopify stores and WordPress sites, plus a background teaching business communication and English to international professional clients.
