I've supported strategy and innovation work at District 3 by validating business opportunities through customer discovery, market analysis, and A/B testing. My research identified customer-journey friction points and informed product and service redesign priorities.

I improved product-market fit by interviewing stakeholders and iterating designs from direct feedback. I also strengthened client funding strategies through enhanced AI implementation for grant and investment proposals.

At Alsterr Labs, I developed market-access plans, identified growth opportunities, and analyzed regulatory requirements related to ESG standards and transparency. I also contribute to fundraising, public relations, events, social media, and program research at Amal Center for Women.

I've contributed usability feedback for online government-service prototypes and created a nonprofit social-impact measurement toolkit aligned with the UN SDGs, improving program evaluation efficiency by 25%. I'm completing a Master's in Public Policy and Administration at Concordia University.
