At Estarta Solutions – ADRES, I create content for government and real-estate platforms including DARI, Digital Sharjah, ADGM, ADREC, and TAMM. My work covers service descriptions, user manuals, release notes, UX microcopy, and validation and error messages.
I lead English–Arabic localization across these platforms and review content against government standards before publication. I also work with Product, UX/UI, and Development teams to turn business and regulatory requirements into clear customer-facing copy.
For ThinkProp, I manage website, course, marketing, and customer-facing content for a real-estate training and education platform. Earlier at Estarta Solutions – ADRES, I worked as a Product Owner – Trainee, translating business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
