For Unikomm, I wrote detailed ITIL and ServiceNow documentation for major Saudi organizations including Diriyah, Qiddiya, and Red Sea. I also translated technical proposals and data engineering and governance documentation for Informatica, Axon, and related platforms at Maser Works.

I’ve documented cybersecurity and supply-chain software for MW3 using Confluence and GitBook, collaborating with developers and business experts. My work spans API documentation, user guides, software architecture documentation, technical translation, information design, and documentation workflows.

I also write long-form content on AI, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and data infrastructure, and have published hundreds of SEO-focused articles through WordPress websites. I’m comfortable translating complex technical concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences in Arabic and English.
