At HB Consulting, I consult and train small and medium-sized companies on sales, processes, and the use of AI. Since 2025, I’ve built AI-supported analysis and automation systems using Python, language models, and agent workflows.
For Bertrandt AG, assigned to Mercedes-Benz AG, I designed and modelled a central end-to-end process in SAP Signavio using BPMN 2.0. I also analysed and updated procedures and audit documents, and took part in workshops with subject-matter experts.
Through my in-company training at Sto Turkey, I set up regular programmes for sales teams and more than 100 applicators. At Bertrandt, I planned and coordinated expert workshops and onboarded new colleagues and working students.
Earlier, I set up think project!’s Turkey subsidiary and a team of eight, introducing digital project collaboration and BIM to the market. I teach in German and Turkish and work comfortably in English; my recent AI certifications include CertNexus GenAIBIZ and Microsoft Azure AI Fundamentals.
