At NAS Conception GmbH, I developed and executed an AI strategy for operational efficiency and reduced workloads across IT consulting and system integration projects. I also drove the rollout of four Agentic AI applications and launched an AI Readiness platform for governance evaluation and technical compliance checks.
At Accenture Strategy, I evaluated more than 110 AI use cases and helped prioritize and launch four pilots with €10M+ savings potential across automotive plants and logistics centers. I also defined a PLM operating model for 30 automotive plants and contributed to a digital twin transformation for drug-product traceability.
At Deutsche Telekom AG, I worked across AI portfolios and digital transformation, launching two AI pilots into production and designing a performance framework with 12 KPIs. I also co-authored research on decentralized IT for cyber-physical production and led a blockchain proof of concept at TU Dortmund / Fraunhofer Institute for Logistics.
