At IHK DIGITAL, I helped develop the company’s AI strategy and created AI-enabled services for Germany’s 79 Chambers of Industry and Commerce, including an interactive AI map and an AI maturity model.

I designed a multi-stage innovation process incorporating Strategic Foresight to identify trends and strategic opportunities early. I also authored a whitepaper on a potential central AI competence center for the IHK organization, informed by structured interviews with senior IHK experts.

My work in Digital Advisory included analyzing digital maturity, researching innovative technologies and market trends, and co-designing workshops and transformation initiatives.

Previously, I supported digital sales at Hewlett Packard Enterprise through customer and partner communication, Salesforce process documentation, reporting, and customer portfolio segmentation. At KPMG, I contributed to audit engagements under HGB and IFRS, including financial analysis, inventory observations, and audit documentation.
