What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an opportunity where I can use my customer service, reservation, and accounting experience, continue learning, grow professionally, and contribute to the organization's success.

I'm currently a Reservation Trainee at The Berkeley Hotel Pratunam, managing room reservations and maintaining accurate booking records.

I assist guests with reservation inquiries, room availability, and booking modifications while coordinating with the Front Office team for smooth check-ins.

Previously, I maintained financial records, processed invoices and payments, reconciled accounts, and supported daily accounting operations at CNC Manufacturing Co., Ltd and Tee Delivery Service Co., Ltd.

I also built customer-facing sales experience at Giordano Myanmar, promoting products, supporting customers, maintaining relationships, and preparing sales records and reports. I'm eager to learn, grow, and contribute to an organization's success.
