I'm seeking customer service, administrative, retail, or hospitality work where I can support customers, handle enquiries, work in a busy team environment, and continue developing professionally.

I've supported customers in busy hospitality and retail environments, delivering welcoming service, handling enquiries, and resolving complaints professionally.

At Karaoke Box Birmingham, I welcomed guests, managed telephone calls and customer emails, processed bookings and reservations, and served food and drinks while maintaining organised customer areas.

As a British Heart Foundation volunteer, I processed till transactions, assisted shoppers, promoted charity campaigns, restocked products, and helped create attractive shop displays. I'm also completing a Law with Criminal Justice degree at Birmingham City University.
