At American Express Global Business Travel, I manage end-to-end corporate travel bookings and itinerary changes using Sabre GDS, SAP Concur, and Neo OBT.

I handle exchanges, reissues, cancellations, refunds, voids, fare rules, and urgent flight disruptions. I support business travelers by phone and email while balancing speed, productivity, accuracy, and client travel-policy compliance.

I also book air, hotel, car rental, and VIA Rail reservations, maintain accurate PNR documentation, and provide executive and VIP traveler support in English and French.

Previously, at CBC / Radio-Canada, I supported People and Culture projects, calendar and meeting logistics, invoices, expense reports, vendors, and day-to-day office operations. I'm TICO certified, experienced in fully remote work, and flexible across business shifts.
