I am a Customer Support & IT Support Specialist with over 3 years' experience providing email, chat, remote, and on-site support. I routinely support 50+ users daily, restoring access and resolving connectivity issues across Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, DNS/domains, and WordPress.

I own tickets end-to-end, meet SLAs, and keep customer satisfaction high by translating technical details into plain language and documenting fixes. I regularly use AnyDesk and TeamViewer for guided troubleshooting and step-by-step remediation.
