I’m looking for a full-time remote CSR role in Retail where I can deliver fast, empathetic omnichannel support, manage customer inquiries and retention, and grow within a customer-first team.

I’m a customer-focused professional with 3+ years in customer service across retail, travel, and education. I handle calls, live chat, email, and WhatsApp Business with empathy and speed, always aiming to resolve issues quickly and keep customers coming back.

In remote tutoring, I deliver 1-on-1 English lessons to international students through chat, calls, and video. I manage scheduling, feedback, and student support, adapting my communication to different cultures and learning needs.

I’ve also managed customer orders, complaints, and retention in fast-paced environments—responding to travel inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp, creating marketing content in Canva, and maintaining strong client communication. As a restaurant owner and manager, I handled daily operations for 50+ customers, managed payments and staff coordination, and built loyalty through consistent problem-solving.
