What I'm looking for

I'm looking for opportunities in recruitment, HR, workforce assessment, or applied organisational psychology where I can support employee wellbeing, hiring, onboarding, and evidence-based workplace practices.

I've supported recruitment operations at GAO Tek and Lurance Fragrances, screening resumes, conducting candidate interviews, posting jobs on LinkedIn, and contributing to hiring for a D2C startup.

At GAO Tek, I served as an Assistant Team Leader, delivered training for new team members, and managed the onboarding process for selected candidates. My MA in Industrial/Organisational Psychology grounds this work in organisational behaviour, human relations, industrial relations, and workplace wellbeing.

I've also conducted supervised psychometric assessments in a clinical setting and developed insight into behavioural patterns, communication, empathy, and team dynamics. I'm interested in recruitment, HR, workforce assessment, psychosocial workplace conditions, and evidence-based employee wellbeing.
