What I'm looking for

I'm seeking an entry-level role in Learning & Development, Employee Engagement, or Talent Management where I can apply behavioural insights to build engaged, high-performing teams.

At RSHR Staffing Pvt. Ltd., I supported employee onboarding, assisted with ESIC and PF registration, and prepared employee payslips as part of payroll administration.

At Mind Wonder Wellness Center, I observed counseling sessions and applied counseling micro-skills in supervised settings. I also participated in reflective supervision.

For my master's dissertation, I studied organizational climate, work engagement, turnover intention, and perceived organizational support using survey data and SPSS. I also developed a psychometric scale to measure failure to uphold Dharma (Professional Conduct).
