What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead GTM and partner ecosystems E2E building revenue architecture, driving 0→1 growth, and shaping inorganic expansion—where commercial finance rigor, PMO metodologies and data-driven execution directly translate into measurable outcomes.

I build scalable go-to-market engines, partner ecosystems, and revenue growth strategies across tech, healthtech, B2B IoT & SaaS, and industrial sectors—from greenfield market entry to commercial turnarounds. I lead 0→1 execution with market intelligence and ICP definition, then translate that into channel architecture, partner onboarding, and sales funnel optimization. My approach blends commercial rigor with data-driven revenue architecture, including unit economics and pricing strategy.

I’ve owned full GTM motion in partner-led models, integrating third-party ecosystems via API and enabling co-sell at scale. In my recent roles, I drove a Brazil (re) entry with +250% Y/Y partner base and +275% in PoCs, restructured pricing and sales/treasury controls to improve P&L, and led internationalization and R&D funding for a Lab-as-a-Service strategy that recovered positive EBITDA. I also bring venture building and M&A depth—turning innovation and investment theses into measurable commercial outcomes.
