At Sumsub, I support customers in Polish and English through identity verification and video identification processes in fintech and cryptocurrency environments. I guide users through requirements and resolve account- and compliance-related issues while handling sensitive information carefully.

I work remotely within strict procedures and quality standards, managing a high volume of cases with accuracy, confidentiality, and clear communication.

Previously, I managed automotive project launches at IAC Polska and Antolin Silesia, coordinating cross-functional teams, budgets, documentation, timelines, customer signoff, and production readiness. My projects included Mercedes, VW, Daimler, Ford, and Hyundai programmes.

I also bring team-leadership and manufacturing experience, including employee supervision, conflict resolution, process improvement, training, and quality-focused production operations.
