Taking RealFi's stablecoin and RWA infrastructure to market across Cardano, Solana and Ethereum. Turned an existing validator network into a measurable acquisition and activation channel, designing and launching the programme in 60 days. 3K+ verified wallets and 36K+ attributable onchain actions in four weeks, with at least 1 in 7 active L1 wallets participating in the testnet.

Before that, 10 years in digital-asset infrastructure, including 7 scaling one of the most decentralised proof-of-stake networks in Web3 as it peaked at #3 by market cap. Validators from 175 to 3K+, 0 to 2K+ projects, 22K+ developers educated, and one of the largest onchain treasuries in the industry.

I built Input Output's ecosystem function from nothing, running a lean team of 5 to 10 as the company evolved from a research and engineering firm into a venture studio. During my tenure we built an open financial operating system and handed stewardship of its $1.3B treasury to the community. I then led the campaign that won $190M in continuity funding from the electorate we had organised, designing and running the operating cadence across validators, developers, builders, governance and treasury throughout.

Numbers come before strategy. My operating model starts with shared system-wide outcomes across functions, then aligns independent actors around them, mobilises the external capabilities needed to deliver them, and builds the operating cadence that lets teams execute with clarity and autonomy.

Competitors can copy the point. They can’t easily copy the vector. The relationships, external capabilities and momentum around an ecosystem are much harder to replicate.
