James Beresford-Morgan

I'm a growth strategist, startup ecosystem builder and product marketer with more than 12 years of experience helping organisations grow through digital marketing, AI, community building and strategic partnerships.

As Co-Founder of Startup Networks, I've helped build one of the UK's fastest-growing startup ecosystems, supporting 5,000+ founders, investors and innovators while growing the platform to 800,000+ monthly website impressions. I've led product strategy, content, partnerships, events and AI-driven automation, creating systems that help founders raise investment, hire talent, build MVPs, discover grants and connect with investors, mentors and industry experts.

Alongside Startup Networks, I serve as a Board Director at Underdog Crew Studios CIC, where I've personally secured more than £100,000 in grant funding to support neurodiverse and disadvantaged young people through entrepreneurship, mentoring and creative programmes. I also co-designed the Sentrepreneurs Start & Launch Programme, helping aspiring founders develop the confidence, skills and support needed to launch their own businesses.

Earlier in my career, I led SEO, digital marketing and eCommerce strategy for high-growth businesses, giving me a strong commercial foundation in customer acquisition, conversion optimisation and data-led decision making. More recently, I've focused on building AI-powered workflows and automation that allow small teams to operate at the scale of much larger organisations.
