At CSG, I design and deliver instructor-led, virtual, and on-demand courses in a SaaS environment. I use Microsoft Copilot, Glean, and Cursor to research and refine technical content, with human review for accuracy, and build AI-assisted training apps as learner support materials.
Before CSG, I facilitated virtual training at 24-7 Intouch and trained classes of 20–25 agents at Sutherland. I supervised a team of 8–10 trainers, reported training metrics to clients and leadership, and have led CSG’s WE LEaD belonging group across Latin America and the Caribbean since 2023.
