I develop automations and integrations using n8n, Slack Workflows, and low-code/no-code tools to reduce manual work and operational risks. I also apply AI to People solutions, including feedback analysis, insight generation, and internal assistants.
At Nuvemshop, I’ve supported the implementation and evolution of BambooHR, and consolidated People surveys and indicators into recommendations.
