At Simplifiers.AI, I built a production system for a German language school that generates 312 lessons and about 2,300 learning materials in 15 days, with teacher review built into the workflow. I start by mapping how work gets done, then define where AI can help, where human validation belongs, and how teams will adopt the solution.

I also built LabSync, which turns laboratory exam PDFs into concise summaries for doctors, with identifying data pseudonymized before AI processing and uncertain values flagged for medical review. Before consulting in AI, I managed programs and projects across education, technology, and HR, including moving teacher training online on a Moodle platform created from scratch.
