What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a remote or in-person role in customer service, sales, data entry, or administrative support where I can apply problem-solving, communication, data accuracy, and customer-facing sales experience.

I've built and launched more than 10 automated trading strategies for live futures markets, using AI tools for coding, debugging, data analysis, and quality control. I also maintain detailed trade records through spreadsheet-based data entry and reconciliation.

At Roto-Rooter and Tom's Mechanical, I supported residential and commercial customers by troubleshooting plumbing issues, explaining solutions, building trust, and closing repair sales. I'm seeking remote or in-person work in customer service, sales, data entry, or administrative support.
