What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a fully remote, bilingual client-support role where I can help customers resolve trading-platform, account, and product questions clearly across phone, chat, and email, including rotating weekend and holiday coverage.

I've spent six years running Bright Growing Landscape and Maintenance, serving as the bilingual point of contact for commercial and municipal clients. I resolved service complaints and billing disputes by phone, email, and on-site, tracking every request through resolution.

As an active options trader and trading-systems builder, I use Webull and TradingView daily and have completed 1,435 round-trip options trades. I build Python and AI-assisted tools for market scans and explain order types, margin, options mechanics, and platform issues in clear Spanish and English.
