I’m a customer service representative with hands-on retail experience as a cashier, including full shifts where I handled a small but busy store by myself. I focus on staying polite and professional while managing customers, multitasking, and resolving issues quickly.

At Grower’s Retail, I developed strong customer service skills by keeping the store running smoothly and building relationships with regulars to create a happy, loyal customer base. Before that, I learned till operations and front-line customer service practices at The Home Depot—greeting, engaging, and thanking customers to deliver the best possible experience.

I also supported fast, friendly service as a cashier assistant at Costco by keeping a smile on my face and ensuring members were rung through quickly. Alongside my customer service work, I’ve just completed a Bachelor of Business Administration (Honours) at Conestoga College, where I developed expertise in financial reporting, auditing, data analytics, and IT systems—bringing a detail-oriented, improvement-focused mindset to every shift.
