What I'm looking for

I am seeking a customer-facing role where I can use my service, cash-handling, and merchandising experience to improve operations and delight customers, with opportunities for growth.

I am a customer service-oriented professional with over five years of experience across food service, retail cashiering, merchandising, courier delivery, and contact-centre roles. I combine strong communication, time management, and organizational skills to consistently deliver positive customer experiences.

In frontline roles I have handled orders, payments, and safety-compliant food service while training new team members and supporting daily store operations. As a shift/assistant manager I improved product placement to increase sales and managed inventory and cash handling effectively.

In merchandising and delivery work I completed hundreds of deliveries and numerous reset projects for major brands, earning strong feedback from customers and restaurant partners.
