I’m looking for a people-first role where I can lead shifts, build clear schedules, stay organized with records and inventory, and use my customer-focused mindset to keep operations running smoothly.

I’m a hands-on manager who keeps teams organized, stores running smoothly, and customers taken care of. I lead shifts with a strong focus on communication, problem-solving, and maintaining a positive, upbeat experience.

In my most recent role as a Manager at Dunkin Donuts, I managed registers and cash deposits, handled scheduling for my team, and kept operations steady by restocking, deep cleaning, and troubleshooting day-to-day issues. I also documented overstock, recorded customer complaints, and carried out refunds to ensure accurate, reliable follow-through.

Across my time in fast-paced environments like Walmart, McDonald’s, and NCG Cinemas, I strengthened my leadership, time management, and record-keeping skills while staying detail-oriented with inventory, scheduling, and system updates. I’m also building my analytical toolkit through a Business Analytics through Excel course, and I earned multiple writing specializations and certifications from the University of Pennsylvania.
