I am an international student from Panama, currently pursuing my degree in Industrial Engineering and Management at the University of Twente in the Netherlands. My academic journey has equipped me with a strong foundation in technical knowledge and management principles, with a particular emphasis on streamlining processes and enhancing efficiency. I consider myself adaptable and am always eager to explore new methodologies that drive innovation and sustainability.

During my time at Alorica, I gained valuable experience as a sales representative, where I managed high-volume inbound calls, resolved customer inquiries, and processed transactions accurately. I also promoted additional products and services, which led to an increase in sales through upselling strategies. My role required me to maintain detailed customer records and collaborate with team members to improve service quality.

My skills include proficiency in Microsoft Office, data analysis, Lean Manufacturing, and problem-solving. I am fluent in English, a native Spanish speaker, and have a basic understanding of Dutch. I am passionate about fitness, art, music, and travel, which I believe contribute to my well-rounded perspective and adaptability in both professional and personal settings.
