I'm looking for a role where I can support clients, manage documentation accurately, coordinate stakeholders, and contribute strong customer service and administrative skills.

At Kirkendall Dwyer LLP’s Disability Division, I manage high-volume SSDI/SSI caseloads from claims through appeals. I keep clients informed, coordinate with SSA, DDS, medical providers, examiners, and attorneys, and proactively follow up on outstanding requirements.

I prepare case notes, organize confidential records, request medical and employment evidence, and help clients complete and submit required forms. My work combines accurate documentation with empathetic client service in a fast-paced remote environment.

Previously, I supported marketing initiatives at the Nigerian Football Federation, engaging sponsors, stakeholders, and fans during major programs. I’ve also coordinated events, workshops, and TEDx programs for more than 200 participants while managing schedules, correspondence, and administrative operations.
