I am a People Operations professional with hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, HR administration, documentation and employee engagement. I focus on improving HR workflows and maintaining accurate HR data to support strategic people decisions.

At Teleperformance I recruited and onboarded over 250 employees, managed HR records with 99% data accuracy, and prepared key HR reports—time-to-hire, headcount, absenteeism, leavers vs. joiners, and attrition—to guide management decisions.

I introduced initiatives like “Bump and Beyond” to support new parents and employees during bereavement, and organized engagement events for 400+ employees to strengthen culture and morale. I also managed end-to-end offboarding, vendor coordination, and ensured compliance with Nigerian labor laws.

I leverage tools such as Slack, Notion, Trello, G-suite, Excel, Zapier and Make to automate processes and drive efficiency, and I am committed to delivering strong execution, process-driven work, and an excellent employee experience.
