I’m looking for a remote-ready healthcare/medical devices role where I can own end-to-end order management, coordinate cross-functional teams, and deliver proactive, compliant customer experiences using CRM and Excel tracking.

I’m an Order & Customer Management Specialist with 13 years of progressive experience in the healthcare and medical device sector. I manage high-volume order pipelines—handling more than 30 sales orders and up to 20 active purchase orders—from inquiry to delivery, with a focus on accuracy, timing, and proactive communication.

In my current role (Uni-Medical Healthcare Limited), I serve as the single point of contact for customers and sales representatives throughout the order lifecycle. I coordinate fulfillment across Sales, Finance, Procurement, Technical, and Logistics, maintain Microsoft Excel order-tracking dashboards for real-time visibility, and lead issue resolution to reduce inbound inquiry volume and protect customer confidence.

I also strengthen compliance and smooth operations by managing critical shipping and import documentation with the procurement team, including customs clearance files for local and international healthcare equipment deliveries.
